InclusiveXR™ is designed to support — not replace — your school's Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) 2024 obligations.
1. Pupil voice safeguarding
Every pupil-voice transcript is automatically scanned for indicators of distress, harm or disclosure. When a signal is detected, a Safeguarding Review flag is raised on the SENCO and Headteacher dashboards within seconds.
2. Designated Safeguarding Lead workflow
Flagged transcripts must be reviewed by your DSL using your school's existing CPOMS / MyConcern process. InclusiveXR™ does not contact pupils, parents or external agencies on your behalf.
3. Audio handling
Audio is processed in-memory and discarded the moment a transcript is produced. No recordings are ever persisted.
4. Staff training
All staff with access to flagged content must complete annual safeguarding training. We provide an in-app training module and certificate.
