The price reflects how much SEND complexity the platform is supporting — a mainstream school with a small SEND resource base pays less than a specialist setting with EHCP-heavy cohorts. MATs and Local Authorities buy a single multi-school contract instead of paying per school.
Yes. In Year 1 of any new partnership we offer pilots at 50% of the standard licence — £900/yr for mainstream and £2,400/yr for SEND specialist — in exchange for case-study participation and an Impact Dashboard review at the end of the year.
Schools typically fund InclusiveXR™ from their SEND budget, Pupil Premium or the High Needs Block. LAs fund it from inclusion / SEND commissioning budgets. We can provide a written value-for-money case for governors or commissioners on request.
InclusiveXR™ runs on iPad, Android tablet, Chromebook and Meta Quest. For schools without headsets we operate a Meta Quest loan programme at cost during pilots — your AR Library still works fully on existing tablets.
SEND EdTech has high institutional stickiness because the platform feeds Ofsted and EHCP evidence flows. We model 12% annual churn — meaningfully lower than mainstream EdTech.
Annual licences renew on the anniversary of your start date. You can cancel up to 30 days before renewal. Pilot agreements end automatically unless you choose to convert to a full licence.
